Great service they were actually early for the appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable
Black Diamond helped me when I needed it most. My basement was flooded and my water heater and furnace were fried because of it. Within an hour and a half they were on the job pumping out the basement and replacing everything that needed replacing. They didn’t leave until everything was done. I am a Customer for life!
We have had Black Diamond for a couple of years.They are always on time,courteous,and effiecient.Christian and Jack were here yesterday for minor check-ups on the air conditioner and sump pump.They did their usual great job.I highly recommend this company.

Black Diamond Plumbing is always looking to overcharge you!! Their plumbers are very good, and Marlon was very professional and understanding today, but the customer service person Diane was extremely aggressive and rude!! She wanted to charge us for a plastic sump pump replacement that they installed about a year ago which they charged us over $700 for, which had a 3 year parts warranty on it, after the plumber told us that there should be no charge. Marlon from Black Diamond Plumbing did a great job! He was on time, courteous, neat, and efficient. He had our clogged drain opened back up and working better than ever within minutes!
Black Diamond came within a few hours of us calling. My basement flooded due to sump pump failure. Jack diagnosed the root cause and replaced the pump. He explained my options and costs associated with each option. He was professional, empathetic, and calm while I was under a tremendous amount of stress. I will definitely call Black Diamond in the future!
