This is a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful setting. The staff is amazing. I had the best experience EVER while planning a convention. Hotel is clean, just amazing.
I've never been here, nor will I ever, since I just heard from two people that they've had belongings stolen from their vehicles in valet. Unacceptable from a hotel especially!

My husband and I stayed at Marriott Biscayne Bay, in Jan 2017. We needed to have a wheelchair which was not in our vacation plans but one was brought up to our room asap by a very nice young man, Jeremy Michaud. Next morning as we went to pay we were told that there was no charge for the chair. Thank you so much for your generosity it certainly was and is appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable and everyone very friendly. Thank you so much. Patricia and Richard Goulet. We would rate this Marriott 10 stars !!

Seriously the best experience ever. The workers at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to John, Eva, Paris, Tom and a few others for making the stay even better. If I ever visit Miami again, this is where I'll stay.
