We always look forward to starting our vacations here. We have been staying here for the last 6 years the night before our cruise. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in; It’s like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is beautiful great location amazing views of bay. Concierge level hospitality is nicely kept and done, great food, snacks and drinks. Our room was nice but had dificuencies that you would not expect.

Énormément de bruits extérieurs car pas de double vitrage!! Autoroute juste en bas de l'hôtel donc bruit permanent!!
Excellent service and staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great views from both city and port side. Second time staying here and will continue to stay here when we return.
