Nice hotel, staff very pleasant, and the Hood location from South beach, valet service really quick..really enjoying my stay here.😎😉👍
No words to describe how amazing this hotel is not how wonderful and helpful all the staff. The restaurant food is sublime and the cocktsils are fab too 😉This was the perfect place to end an incredible Zumba Cruise holiday. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to come back ❤️❤️
Love this place since day 1,everytime I go to to miami this is the place I always stayed everyone very friendly always a smile, love the view from my room, will defiantly recommended this place to anyone
this hotel and it's staff were AMAZING to myself and my Service Dog, Little Big Daddy (LBD) I had to come down, on my birthday, to do an event for a client who was staying at the venue. I stayed as well and they could not be nicer or more accomodating to both myself, LBD, or my staff. I will DEFINITELY be back again and plan on doing future business with them as well. We loved it!
Warning if you plan on booking a room and staying here or doing a event, Wedding, Quince, Mitzvah, or any special occasion, you will be very sorry, if you are bringing in your own vendors or you are vendor. My client booked me for her wedding, she was working with Catalina Cely, I called her to go over my clients wedding reception, reaching her was impossible, leaving number of voice mails, she would return calls weeks later and somethings none at all. This is a little haven in Miami. The hallways and conference areas smell delicious. The salts for hand washing, a special treat. Service was excellent...I have only food things to say. Thank you.
Best hotel i ever been to,i had a good view of the beach,and the marina,and the staff was awesome,had a problem with the drain,they sent someone to fix the problem right away,i will always pic this hotel to stay,it was absolutely beautiful�
BREATH TAKING... I never expected to stay in such an elaborate Hotel it was a little taste of Heaven.
A lot of money for no microwave in the room. Parking should be free if I'm staying in your hotel.
