Great hotel and hospitality shown by it's employees such as Jermaine Jefferson who is in the Security department. He emailed me a whole itenariy of events that my family can do and gave my boyfriend a list of sports bars on South Beach to see that are his personal favorites. We are enjoying are time so much in Miami and the Hotel is the perfect place to come back to after a long day.

Reasonable and clean hotel. But Management was very insensitve to my complaint and issue. that occurred. While there attending my Family Reunion. I experienced some malfunctioning with the shower. The bathroom flooded. And maintenance crew worked on problem for over an hour. Which was a big inconvience! Upon checkout.the Manager on duty said there was nothing he could do for me. But he did apologize. and it was mentioned in report. That it was my fault! Not to mention I am a Marriott Reward Member.. sad!!
Excellent service hosting the conference Progress in Motor Control XI. Security Officer Gilson Espinal took specific effort to notice I had left valuables unattended and made sure they were watched after until I returned. Much appreciated

When out of town, we stay at Marriotts often and this was by far 1 of the best Marriotts that we have stayed at. The hotel, room, view and staff (especially Marjorie-concierge, Jose-pool bartender, Pierre-room attendant and Matarr-bartender).were amazing! Everyone we met was wonderful, very personable and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Miami. Thank you for a magnificent stay for our anniversary! We will be back!
