Great location and amenities. Rooms very nice. Dining leaves a bit to be desired and room service is only take out but otherwise very nice!

The staff are courteous, friendly extremely helpful.... my experience was The key card... I was there a week and had to have it replaced 4 times.... very frustrating not only to my room but to the fitness room as well... might seem minor but getting back working all day key card should not be such a problem....

Its OK.we booked a room with breakfast including, and every morning we go for breakfast we were given a bill for $57.00 ,we had to keep reminding the staff that we pages for breakfast with the room, then when we checked out there was a ten dollars charge from the restaurant that we had to dispute
If you ever looking for a beautiful hotel to stay at in the downtown area of miami the Marriot Biscayne Bay is the place to be! The staff is very friendly from the moment you pull up to valet, enter the lobby to check in with the front desk associates, the housekeepers down to the bartenders in the restaurant (Walter, josè (pool bar) and the young lady that works alongside walter).
