Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay was amazing this past weekend! Everyone was amazing, including Christopher from the front desk, Jean, the bellman, & Jose at the out door pool bar! Thanks for making my baby's 8th bday a special one!

Service was exceptional. Staff was courteous and professional. Only issue guest next door seem to be having a party, but security took care of it immediately. Thank you so much for our pleasant experience.
Beautiful views, nice pool, right on the bay, good staff and awesome Manager. Bill Hamlin was the best sales manager for my Cruise group, and as a Cruise agent, I have worked with many. None could match his gracious, excellent customer service. We will book again for sure!
