Great Hotel. Very attentive & friendly staff. We especially liked our bartender at the pool area, Jose. He couldn't have been any nicer & friendly. He made our vacation even more pleasant than we expected.
We had a wonderful early dinner outside on the terrace at “Catch” restaurant. First, our server Leonely Flores was fantastic. She was super friendly and gave us tips on getting to the Port to catch our cruise. She even taught my husband how to use the Uber app...how patient is that! Second, the food was delicious. In particular, the mojitos were THE best! And my husband thoroughly enjoyed the conch chowder. We would highly recommend this restaurant!
Server Leonely Flores at the Catch is the best! Cheerful and kept checking on us.
The friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Jose suggested a restaurant with great specials, Mariela shared the free transportation available and Walter is an excellent bartender. It's a Marriott without magnifying mirrors! I couldn't believe after all the good....
Nely at "Catch" was our absolutely fabulous waitress ... attentive, engaging, knowledgable ... truly top-notch! Tnx, Nely Flores, for a wonderful first-impression à là Marriott Biscayne Bay!
