The Biscayne Bay Marriott hosted my family and I for our stay in celebrating our daughter's wedding this weekend. From the moment we arrived on the property, we were treated like royalty. The environment reflects the exciting culture of the area. The views of the Bay and the marina were breathtaking. Beautiful location but terrible guest quality. Pool is like a rave with noise and no security to do anything about it. Management seems to be non existent.
The beds are the best I've slept in at any hotel ! Krystal who worked at the front desk was so nice and made us felt very welcome. While we waited for our über driver, we were offered water and the guys who worked for valet kept checking to make sure that the driver was on the way. The view is also a beautiful site as well!
