Clean room. Comfy bed, great views and wonderful customer service. Location is good for airport and the cruise port.
Stayed here for a work conference. Great room w/balcony view of water, so nice for a Jersey girl. Traveling alone and special thanks to Michaelia and Leonely for great service at the Catch Bar & Grill. So friendly, helpful, and great food!

Currently sat in the lobby of Marriott Miami biscayne bay with a confirmation email provide by YOU except the hotel claim we have no reservation?! 1hour later, numerous phone calls and been caught between the two of you with no responsibility taken by either party?! Passed from person to person, why is this my problem to resolve. I’m at the hotel check in now, you need to resolve this issue IMMEDIATELY Completely unacceptable
The experience was beautiful. From the outside to the inside everything was exquisite, the smell of the hotel the generosity, the caring considerate, intune staff made this hotel experience lovely. My 23 year old daughter thought so much of me as her mother that she planned this trip on behalf of my 50th Birthday Celebration and what a way to close out the birthday celebration. Ms. Margorie in the Concierge was the GREATEST, we love her. And we will definitely visit your hotel again. A well spent vacations
