Beautiful hotel. Staff is very nice. Beds was a little too soft for my liking ,but comfortable. Food is delicious. Will be back to this hotel when visiting Miami.
Tried to book a managers meeting w 100 sleeping rooms and was bounced around and yelled at by front desk claiming to be manager. So rude
A very pleasant stay! The staff at check in was fantastic! Friendly! Helpful! Amazing smile! Our room was on the 28th floor with an amazing view. The room was very clean and spacious? Bed was amazingly comfortable!
We had a 2-day stay with our granddaughters. Your staff goes out of the way to be nice to children even in the elevator. Leonely, the bartender by the pool is a lovely person and an asset to the Marriott. She gave my granddaughter a piece of pineapple which brought the biggest smile. We shall return.

Wow! Love this hotel. Right on the bay. Bay room has an awesome view. The food at The Catch is great. The Mhai Thai at the bar is great with captain Morgan rum. The chef came out to my table to see how I liked his special. Lobster tacos. GET THEM. THEY ARE AMAZING. Check in with James at the front desk he is super! 5 stars is not enough.
I really enjoyed my stay. This was my first time in Miami, and I would definitely stay here again. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint is that we didn't have a microwave in our room, and none available elsewhere. So I ended up throwing away alot of food.
This is a very, very tired hotel. The public spaces have obviously been refurbished fairly recently, but the rooms and corridors (at least on the two floors we were on) were old, tired and in desperate need of updating. We only had hot water in our room from both taps...even after running it for ages it only got slightly cooler. When our room was made up nothing was replenished so we had no coffee or cups in our room for the following morning. This is not a cheap hotel, and from a Marriott we expected much better standards. ... read more
