Great location for pre cruise stop over.. Great views and large rooms. The largest comfiest bed EVER! Nice amenities.
Well we arrived the hotel was absolutely beautiful on the outside and when walking in reception , restaurant area coffee shop etc. however getting into the room very disappointing smelled bad , dirty bedding with hair and dirt in it I took pictures also we took our shoes off and the carpet turned our feet black from I guess not being cleaned properly.. The bathtub was stained yellow. Trying to sleep after calling guest services to find out they wouldn’t switch our rooms due to full capacity was a joke some loud humming from ... read more
A great hotel, super location, great beds, pool is a little small, the spa pool is to shallow (needs more water and the jets need fixing) The biggest negative is $22 per person for breakfast and people say London is expensive !!
Very nice stay came down for the cubs game great service rooms clean
