Great stay. Just amazing to be in Miami!
Booked and payed for a room for four in November. Was informed that only a room with one bed was available but for the inconvenience we would not have to pay for breakfast...,so Marriott accepts the fee and expect guests to sleep on the floor! At first no roll aways were offered, however we got one after speaking in a not so polite way - and I am Sorry to say that my husband had to be directliy harsh before we got the second one there hours after check in. To my surprise the customer service was really weak for a Marriott hotel. Room was reserved but not ready for over an hour after I arrived to check-in. Staff didn’t seem to care about several request I made for a bottle opener. Ice machine on my floor was broken so i had to go to another floor just to get ice. And to top it off I used my sisters family and friends rate to book but was charged more than I was quoted for the room.
