RecommendedComing from a completely miserable “luxury living” apartment we had extreme anxiety about moving in another apartment. We had nothing but open arms and friendly smiles welcoming us. We explained our situation to them and the empathy they projected was an instant hit with us. The personal conversation and jokes were icing on the cake. A huge shoutout to Francisco and Lori for the fun and inviting interactions and the welcome basket! Looked for an apartment and left with a friendship. Would absolutely recommend.

We just moved in on Saturday and I cant wait for my lease to be up! This place is a dump! Hopefully when the new property management takes over it will turn this places around! Seriously I don't know why they have staff working here nothing gets done around there. The apartments aren't move in ready. Get ready to clean before you can move in your stuff. The apartments are big and they have a nice club house and children’s playground. The nicer pool by the club house looks nice but we only got to use it once because it was closed a lot. We were able to use a grill once because most of the time the main pool was closed and the other pools grills were not all working. There’s dog crap literally everywhere. Discontinue Trash Valet. No one likes it and it was forced upon the residents and who wants to pay $25?
Live in a 3 bedroom apartment. Over 2k monthly. Wanted security gate facility. 3 (parents kid)people have cars. Only allowed 1 parking outside, 1 in garage, other on street with no security. They will tow vehicle 316.00 plus loss day work finding your car. Santa Rosa does NOT care. Back of apartment are homeless people that have no toilets or garbage cans!! Need I say more on that? BEWARE. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Can't wait until lease is over. Worst experience we have ever had.
