I lived here from june 2014 to june 2015, I would have stayed longer, but I had to move out of state. I loved it here, the office and maintenance staff were very nice. There was a couple times when I needed something done and it would take a while, they where short handed the complex is huge. Other times they came the same day. They are very busy.
Absolute worst apartment complex ever! DO NOT SIGN ANY SORT OF CONTRACT OR LEASE WITH THIS COMPLEX. THEY DO NOT KEEP TRACK OF ANY THING SO IT APPEARS DUE TO LACK OF DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU NEVER EVEN SIGNED ANY SORT OF LEASE, SO THEY THEN LEASE IT OUT AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT THEIVES!
The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Very quiet community. Unfortunately though, they don't come when you call about things like...broken washers, they lie about charges and make them up as they go, and close the office whenever they feel like it. Overall so glad to be out of there! Would not return.
The people that run this place are idiots!! They tell us to pay a certain amount, then change they're mind and charge us a fee like it's our fault! Total morons, they have no clue what they're doing!! If you're looking for a place to live, just keep on looking!!! The only reason I gave them one star is cause it won't let me give it 0 stars!
