Poor/Lack of security.Its been going on & they dont seem to be doing anything about it! Their only as good as gwtting their montjly income
they just keep raising the rent but don't fix anything but they did upgrade and messed up the office.front gate falls off track weekly for the past 3 years they just bandaid only reason I'm here its a little cheaper than the nice Apts.leaves constantly in our door areas,they have this trash service called valet that is a joke,my apt is about 50ft from large trash can and the aholes leave the trash half the time and cost me 25dollars a month, and l have to take it out myself more than the valet its the stupidest service l eve... read more

RecommendedThe management staff is amazing and so is the maintenance staff. I recently put in a work order to have my kitchen track light bulb replaced and my dryer looked at it. I thought someone would be there on Monday and Bill came over on SATURDAY! Just in time for me to do laundry 😊 Bill is super nice and accommodating and knew exactly what to do. Since MG Properties took over as management there has been so many improvements and continue to be - making this an awesome place to call home ❤️
98 degrees and over a week without AC?
RecommendedMy experience with Newberry Square has been exceptional. The apartments are nicely appointed and the building is well equipped with underground parking and a fitness center. The staff have been outstanding. Mary Tan has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed anything. If you do need maintenance done the staff is responsive and effective. Highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking for an apartment!
