Accurate information, act like they care a little bit more
Make sure to check your lease as both times I've reviewed it it's been wrong and I've had to physically go in and have it corrected.. then all of a sudden you get random balances owed out of nowhere... Valet trash is on site whether you want it or not and they constantly flip the trashcan upside down on it's lid.. makes no sense Soo annoying!!! We just moved in on Saturday and I cant wait for my lease to be up! This place is a dump! Hopefully when the new property management takes over it will turn this places around! Seriously I don't know why they have staff working here nothing gets done around there. The apartments aren't move in ready. Get ready to clean before you can move in your stuff. The apartments are big and they have a nice club house and children’s playground. The nicer pool by the club house looks nice but we only got to use it once because it was closed a lot. We were able to use a grill once because most of the time the main pool was closed and the other pools grills were not all working. There’s dog crap literally everywhere. Discontinue Trash Valet. No one likes it and it was forced upon the residents and who wants to pay $25?
they just keep raising the rent but don't fix anything but they did upgrade and messed up the office.front gate falls off track weekly for the past 3 years they just bandaid only reason I'm here its a little cheaper than the nice Apts.leaves constantly in our door areas,they have this trash service called valet that is a joke,my apt is about 50ft from large trash can and the aholes leave the trash half the time and cost me 25dollars a month, and l have to take it out myself more than the valet its the stupidest service l eve... read more

I feel bad for not recommending because the apartments are beautiful and peaceful to live in. But the front office employees are TERRIBLE! I hate having to ever deal with them! They’re so unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job! And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way because I have read other reviews and it’s the same complaint ! I never like to post negative reviews but I seriously think something needs to be done! I’m tired of this headache anytime I have to speak with them! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
