Once you move out you will know how bad they treat you. All they want is money, They charge me over $600 because I move out 14days earlier though I noticed them before and I paid the rest rent. They also charge me the painting and smells from my neighbor which I think is normal wear. The attitude can't be worse and I surely do not recommend you to live here

Since I've been here there have been no issues with the staff. They answer my questions and get back to me with no problems. This is my first apartment i have rented. I love the experience. I would love to continue to live here. To the staff at Biscayne please continue to keep up the hard work you do for us renters to keep us satisfied. Thank you!
New management team, and ownership since moving in. They are still catching up on issues from before, but working on them. And it seems they are still working on the management team as well, with staffing changes constantly in the office.
Been here for 3 years, going on to 4th and really like it here. I'm not too picky about things and am satisfied being here. great place for family as we feel safe. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming.
Had to have my A/C replaced, they gave me temporary cooling for 3 days, Tuesday they came and installed the New condenser outside. They did an outstanding job and I feel so much cooler. Great job guys and thank you!
Every week since they switched management companies my girlfriend has had issues. Constantly talking to their "office staff" that have no idea how to fix the issue or how it even happened. The manager works less than part time and is never in the office when normal working class people, more than 70% of people who live in apartments, are available to come in and try handle concerns.
