I submitted several work orders specifying to call me before entering my residence and it has never happened. What does happen is someone random shows up at my door with no name tag several times saying they there to honor my work order. I don't see the point of being specific if their not going to read the work order. I've been here 4 years and it's unfortunate I feel this way. RecommendedTime to re evaluate. I love my apartment but only a handful look like above picture. Maintenance is absolutely the best and I can't say enough AMAZING things about Jonathon. However if you are looking for amenities the "security" gates have not worked for 3 years. Pool has very limited access (days until 5) so if you work during the day you will NEVER be able to use it. It is ONLY available if the office staff is there and can watch. NOT because of Covid , the pool always has issues and each summer it is something different ... read more
