Don't move here! office staff doesn't communicate and never returns emails or calls when they say they will. maintenance staff is lazy and unorganized. always something breaking down. I've had leak after leak and not to mention mold. Then when they do come to "fix" a problem they leave a mess or just to a patch job because they really don't know what they are doing. Staff is rude and just all over the place.... don't live here rent elsewhere.

I've lived here for a year and a half. The front office is AWFUL at responding to questions and concerns. Pools are constantly closed because residents can't follow simple rules. Internet is terrible, I have a 500mb plan with Cox and I get very frequent drop outs (sometimes it's fine for a week with no issues, other times it'll drop every 3 minutes). Some residents aren't great at parking, my car was hit once while parked in my spot. The one good thing is the service department, while response times aren't amazing right now ... read more

There is constant maintenance (nothing that has made my apartment nicer) making it impossible to work from home due to the noise. Management is rude and not helpful, does not give any notice when maintenance will be happening. The apartments are out of date,small and overpriced. I hate living here and am counting the days until I can move out

so they are refusing to let maintenance come in to fix my fridge. Yet demanding entry to replace lightbulbs that do not need it. This place has gotten awful over the past couple of years.

Wont answer their phones or emails. Also one phone number listed is for an apartment complex in NC. Guess I'll get an apartment with someone who wants to talk to me.

I submitted several work orders specifying to call me before entering my residence and it has never happened. What does happen is someone random shows up at my door with no name tag several times saying they there to honor my work order. I don't see the point of being specific if their not going to read the work order. I've been here 4 years and it's unfortunate I feel this way. I have the most amazing neighbors and my children love their schools so I feel so stuck 🤔Not to mention I never got a phone call or email that a co... read more
