Worst place ever!! The front office staff are awful the don’t know what they are doing. So glad our lease is up. Now they are trying to charge us for carpet replacement when the carpets were not new when we moved in!! So ridiculous so many issues that were never resolved, closets falling apart, coming off the hinges, mirrors falling out of the frames, leak in the bathroom, several maintenance requests and still nothing fixed.
The place is beautiful, if you can tollerate the terrible, awful, EXTREMELY greedy members of the office/management. They will make it as hard as possible for you to pay rent. That way they get a ton of latefees. It honestly feels like the employees get commission on the latefees.
I honestly was upset having to move from our old community but once I seen the 3 bedroom I fell in love with the master bedroom. It's quite community and feels like home.
Really like the lay out of the apartments here and the wait staff is nice.
I really like the apartments here. It's a nice community and the office staff is amazing and very friendly! I also applaud the new management team for their constant efforts to make things better. We know they are doing their best to fix things that weren't their doing! Good job everyone! ❤
Great Place to live. The staff treat everybody fairly. Maintance do it right the first time and do it promptly. The owners are doing renovations to make living here even better.
In the middle of the hotest part of the year they close down the pool by the front office so they upgrade the office. Now its either treck all the way across the property with all 4 kids and use a tiny pool that is less than nice or just dont swim. I bet they continue to ask all tenants to pay for they large pool which we cant use. Let me guess it will open for use in the fall when its to cold to swim.
