We are extremely happy here staff and maintenance are spot on. The grounds are beautiful, heated pool and spa a plus. Great gym and equipment. We have referred 2 other friends here

Since being under new management, we are enjoying Biscayne Bay substantially more. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and timely with any work order requests. Each staff member I have met has a genuine interest in getting to know you and to make your experience the best possible. I look forward to all of the new changes that will be coming to the apartment complex, as well as the social events that I have heard about!
The new management is about as good the old one. LOUSY!!!
Even though they didn't have an available apartment for my time frame the staff was so nice.
Have been trying to get the blinds fixed for a week! The apartment is nice but they keep raising the rent every time you sign a new lease!
This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Mold in the unit and now over a month after moving out a notice for $150 for food odor cleaning fee. Who has heard of that???? After living there for 2 years I guess I wasn't supposed to cook in the unit huh. My rent payment was "lost" 3 times during the course of me living there. The office is completely incompetent and as usual I will escalate this concern to corporate. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to a homeless person. KEEP LOOKING AND SAVE YOUR SANITY
