Make sure to check your lease as both times I've reviewed it it's been wrong and I've had to physically go in and have it corrected.. then all of a sudden you get random balances owed out of nowhere... Valet trash is on site whether you want it or not and they constantly flip the trashcan upside down on it's lid.. makes no sense Soo annoying!!! DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE. We have been here since February and when we moved in they accepted money orders, checks, and cashier checks. but now they are telling the residents here that they will no longer accept those forms of payments and forcing you to divulge your personal banking information online e to pay your rent. This is the first apartment complex that I have ever live Management cares for their Residents. I have had a positive experience living at Russellville Commons. The grounds are kept up, the staff is attentive and communicative. Placing our needs high on their to do list. I recently moved into a newly renovated apartment and have been very happy with the change.
