I have purchased three cars from this Bill Luke location in the past 1.5 years and have been very satisfied with their service. I purchased my used Mercedes C class in October 2015, a Ford Edge for my mom in the same month and then a used Lexus in May 2016. *****Update**** Our 1 hour oil change only took 2 1/2 hours...... Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a Monday afternoon and they said it will take about an hour. About 2 hours later they came out and said we need to replace a tire because there is a nail in it. Sure, of course we will buy a new tire. They said they will get it done ASAP. 45 minutes later they tell us it should only be about 15 more minutes. Let me start this off by saying all dealerships are interested in is pulling one over on you. I visited this dealership twice. Once to test drive and get an appraisal on one car. Then the next day to get the appraisal on another car. They tried to low ball me on both, go figure right. Then when I said I thought it was low, they said have a nice day.
