Great customer service. Got an oil change and the service tech that checked me in help troubleshoot the USB problem with my car. That one was on me. He explained an upcoming service. Couldn't do it today but I can plan ahead now and not be surprised next time I come in. I'm just glad I'm not driving a Vespa 🛵 anymore.
Great service, great attitudes! Was in earlier than I should have been, quoted an hour and a half, was out in 45 minutes. Great experience.
They're always so friendly and love that they have a shuttle that takes you and picks you up. This is the only place I take my fiat. The service dept is always so helpful, always going the extra mile. Just had a recall done yesterday. It was originally scheduled for May I think, but they called to let me know they would be able to do it sooner.
STOP BEFORE THEY WASTE YOUR TIME! I spent over 3 hours at this dealership. Everything was on paper ready to be financed they then decide to come back while I'm cleaning out my car to tell me they made a mistake on the valuation of my car and now need to add an additional $4000 to the total purchase. Hands down the best dealership in AZ for this family. The only reason we went someplace else was we bought a full size brand new truck. If there was a way to buy that through Bill Luke Fiat we would have bought that from them too. Me and my husband have bought 2 vehicles from them now and we will continue too. Our sales person Charles walked out while we were pulling up the exact man we wanted to see. We both agreed it was god. Lol. This is the place to buy!

The staff goes above and beyond to get the work on your car done efficiently without compromising quality. Their honesty is is greatly appreciated especially since we are not "car" people and could easily be persuaded to get unnecessary work done.

We went in looking specifically for the Abarth, new in 2017. Didn't have one, so we drove the Lusso. Liked the car but wanted the Abarth model. After looking at available inventory in Arizona nothing turned up. They really wanted to sell from their current inventory and not put much effort in finding what we asked for.
