Dan the "Service Manager" was very rude and condescending when ask him questions about my car. I will never return to this place
Dropped off my car for routine service and to have the top looked at on my 2015 Fiat 500C. You know... it's a common fear, and in a lot of cases, rightly so, that the service department will take advantage of the lack of knowledge that their patrons have and will thoroughly butt fuck service customers. John McCready is the man! He is very honest, knowledgeable, and a complete sweetheart. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel even better about putting my money into something that was completely worth it! When I arrived he had the fiat of my choice, color, year and all waiting for me fresh out the wrapper and some. The whole experience was great! Horrible experience. Bought a vehicle with a bad battery. They refused to cover all of the cost. Battery died within a week as they intentionally put the wrong size battery in.
