Absolutely phenomenal service! Mitch Bialecki was so friendly and he was very knowledgeable about the cars at your dealership. Moreover, he made the process so easy and he was incredibly thorough with the paper work. I will definitely recommend Bill Luke Fiat to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Sold me a car with a broken wheel barring and their service manager thinks just because I'm a girl I don't know anything about cars. He said I broke my car from just starting it?! I've only had my car for three months and I already have to put more than $400 to fix it?!!! RIDICULOUS!! I'm definitely not referring anyone to this dealership! #sexist
Getting the charger fixed...they say it's going to be up to 4 hours to fix yet the can't or should I say won't give a loaner car! The reason I say won't is because while at the dealership they said it's not covered by the fiat warranty so I left with no fuss. But then I called fiat customer service and the man that I spoke with said that it's not their policy to give loaner cars but if it was gonna be there for more then 24 hours they would look in To the possibility of getting me a loaner. Horrific staff. Unfriendly... unhelpful. Attitude upon any request from them.
My husband and I went here to entertain the idea of purchasing a vehicle. Big mistake. Never again! What a waste of time. The down was ridiculous, and they don't listen, they don't put you in what you want, they use what you like to get more down payment from you. What's really funny is when they send you their satisfaction survey. Epic fail.
The buying process was great. The man was helpful and I didn't feel pressured. When my new car with under 40,000 miles on it broke and was in the shop, due to a broken starter and a dead battery, I was infuriated by the salesman's response. After texting him to inform him of my situation he responded with "ooops sorry to hear that." Never coming back!
Overall experience with Bill luke Fiat was great dan and chip were overall helpful. Like any other car dealership its a business and you have go in with some kind of plan of what you want to pay and afford ect. Would go back for another vehicle here.
