Poor service! Don't give them you're $ until they've delivered! !! Bought a used vehicle from Bruce Mortenson that we were told would be detailed & inspected prior to pick up. What we got was a dirty car with NO GAS (had to fill up to get it home from the dealership) that ended up in the shop a week later with an a/c blower that needed replacing. I recently purchased a Fiat Pop from Bill Luke. Tony was our salesman and provided a smooth, no hassle buying experience. We got a fair price on our trade and their price for the Pop was the lowest in town. I've been back to add on accessories and the service folks are excellent, very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Bill Luke Fiat!
I can't say enough good things about this family owned dealership! As a first time buyer, I didn't have to haggle, I didn't have to ask for rebates, or coupons.. I walked in paid 2k less than my sticker price. Our salesperson Shawn was honest and worked toward getting me the best deal possible! He was my advocate, and I love my 2015 fiat! 40 mpg highway!

I purchased a FIAT 500 last month at Bill Luke FIAT after doing some shopping around online. My sales guy, Daniel Uyematsu, was one of the best I've dealt with anywhere. I did not feel pressured at any point of the sales process and they worked with me to get a price I wanted. In finance, Robert Traslavina was also great and worked quickly to get me in and out of the office and into my new car. All around great experience. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
