Amazing how bad the customer service is if your not buying a car from them ridiculous
Horrible! They use baiting tactics. Bill Luke Fiat says that they have all kinds if vehicles that they do not even have on the lot. Then lie and say that one is "in the shop". I don't care for dealerships period, but this one was more dishonest than most! I will never be back, nor would I EVER refer anyone to them.
Terrible customer service! 1 week after the vehicle purchase the car broke down. The service department told us to go to the Ford dealership as they did not have time for us. We went to Earnhardt Ford and received excellent service which Bill Luke would NOT cover the $150. Do NOT do business with Bill Luke! Go to Earnhardt!!!! Yes, we are out $150 but Bill Luke is out forever customers as well as our big mouths!!!
First time car buyer and probably worst experience ever. They sold me a car with unsafe wheels on them after finding out from discount tires. They don't want to switch them because the manufacturer said no. As well as the customer service is shitty and they don't seem to have it together when under pressure. They do what they want and not what will make the customer happy. Everything is on there time and it's just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
I had a great non stressfull experience financing went smooth , payments where I'm comfortable and able to afford. Love my 2013 Kia Optima. Thanks Paul and Bill.
Awful. They ripped off my friend with a used vehicle that wasn't properly cared for and sold it with the car still needing scheduled work. Awful. Awful. Shady.
