Negotiated all of the price online and got an excellent deal on my Alfa (got the car for below KBB fair market value). Flew into town and was picked up at the airport by Dan Uyematsu. Dan was amazing as he completed all of the paperwork seamlessly, took me on a entertaining test drive where he ran through all of the features of the car because he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Bill Luke Tempe has the lowest prices in town for the used full size suvs we were looking at. From internet contact John Swan to my salesman Eric Little, we had a great experience. Eric was the key for me. He went out of his way to get my deal right. Thank you Eric. Will send anyone I know in the market to you specifically.
I would give zero stars if available. By far one of the biggest rip off dealerships in the business. I urge everyone who has had to deal with this dealership and its service center to complain to Fiat Corporate USA directly. These people are rip off and do their best to take advantage of the public for nothing more than greed. Remember, always fill out your customer survey when received and give them the poor score they so rightly earn. Before giving these people money for repairs always get a second opinion.
