This company is an absolute joke!!! Do not buy from them EVER. They are the most rudest, dishonest group of car dealers out there. The sales manager, Steve Sprite, was the worst of them all. He basically said that they pay the sales people to tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Now while I know that is the truth he was not shy about telling that to my face. Everything is good till you get to finance, I made the mistake of taking finance manager Bryan Davis at his word, we told them we did not want to pay for the the dealer added security system and he said that he would just give it to us, but low and behold he added it on our contract, when we questioned him about it his reply was they would refund the money, well 4 months later and we still have nothing! This is now the 2nd car and 4th overall by my family buying cars at Bill Luke Tempe. Didn't have to spend all day there either my Mark Taylor was my sales specialist and made sure I was 110% taken care and treated me like Gold. Which Is how every experience has been.
