Working with Bill E. and Angel B. was nothing short of phenomenal. I arrived rather late to our set appointment but Bill and the team were ready to assist. After our test-drive I was immediately in love. I think aside from the car being an absolute stunner, Bills patient voice and tone when guiding me to experience the vehicles capabilities was truly what had me sold. Visited your bmw show room. Was greeted by a nice gentleman Dan Dolce. Was very helpful and helped me with all my needs. I was between an Audi and BMW. Dan worked with me and gave me a lot of confidence in BMW and there service in Naperville.
I had a great experience here from start to finish! The finance manager, Anna, laid out all my options for me and wasn't pushy. I didn't know much about the car and Kelly Danku explained everything to me. She knew everything about that car!! She was so nice and friendly too. She's awesome. I'm really happy with the car and that I went here to make my purchase.
