We just made our third purchase at Bill Jacobs and couldn't be more pleased. We were fortunate to meet Nick Pandola on our first visit and immediately ask for him each time we return. Nick is straight to the point and immensely easy to work with. Ask for Nick and you won't be disappointed.

This is not a positive (or negative) feedback for the Sales Department at the dealership. This is about my experience with the Service Department. I have to say that Deanna in the Service Department at #BillJacobsBMW is pretty awesome! She was honest and forthright about exactly what I needed, what she recommended and what she felt was optional. This is why I continue to use and praise the Service Department at the dealership. No matter where I buy my next BMW, I’m bringing it in there for its service.

Thank you Jeff H. in Service and the entire Bill Jacobs organization for saving the day! Only I could run over a rusty coat hanger on a windy day and have it puncture my tire. Roadside Assistance arrived in less than 15 minutes. Jeff texted me later that day that the tire would arrive tomorrow and my car ready late afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, my car was ready at 9am. Thanks Jeff H and team!
Everyone there is great. Especially Mike Collins! Knowledgeable, helpful, considerate. They definitely try to make a otherwise horrible experience less painful. No one likes spending money on their car these guys help you spend it smart.
