Moe Ali was great with customer service
Mike C. was great! When I had a flat tire all the way in Elgin, Mike made sure I got a loaner car brought to me (even though it was close to close on a Saturday) so I wouldn’t have to drive that far on my flat run-flat tire or take an Uber! My tire was not available IL so he ordered two Incase I needed another spare and lo and behold I got another flat on another tire and the tire was there so I didn’t have to wait. Great service from all of the staff, thanks so much Mike!

Came from out of state to buy car site unseen. Couldn’t be happier. Car was as described. Immaculate condition! Excellent price. Daniel Dolce was incredibly professional, patient, and informative. First class service. I would recommend him and Bill Jacobs BMW to everyone looking to buy a luxury car.
All they do is lie to get you in the door. First experience was a poor misdiagnosis with no option to speak to the technician Second, was told a service was free of charge, then when I spent an hour to get there was told it was $170. Spent $40 on ONE quart of transmission fluid, and they have the audacity to bring me one that was leaking. Most definitely my last visit to this establishment.
Our Service Advisor Mike Collins was extremely helpful and courteous. Our overall experience was top notch and we will take our vehicle exclusively to Bill Jacobs BMW. 5 Star ALL THE WAY!!

Daniel Dolce made me not want to go home and shower after my purchase! I’ve been looking for the right car for almost 3 month and every car I saw had some type of damage the salesman was trying to hide. I emailed Daniel, got a quick response. and asked some straightforward questions. I got honest answers and when I came to see the car he was 100% on! No BS!
