5 Star, Thank you to all staff at Bill Jacobs BMW!
Will never come in here again. Walked in a few weeks ago with a buddy to look at the 4 series for each of us. Nobody greeted us, nobody asked us if we wanted to see a car. Walked around for 30 mins and nothing. Will be buying an RC Lexus from across the street instead.
Never been a customer, don't care to now. Please inform your employees that stop signs apply to all makes and models. Also inform them that driving like an idiot is negligent enough, let alone doing so with your company name on the car.
My girlfriends car is there and they are charging her almost $600 for a battery!!! Ridiculous
So far...so great! Thrilled with my purchase experience. Everyone was professional, friendly and worked well with my buying approach. They respected my time and the research I had put in and didn't insult my intelligence with otherwise typical car sales tactics. Kudos to my Client Advisor, Kwaku and my BMW Genius, Adam for being straightforward and down to earth. I expect future service engagements to be just as efficient and successful.
Outstanding service!! Great team of people to work with. After our most recent engine trouble with our BMW X3 I must say I'm very impressed with the way Eric in the service department helped us out. Eric along with Nick, the salesman, took great care of us and we were able to trade out of the X3 and now have a beautiful X5!!
