Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to drop my car for routine maintenance and to pick up a loaner. Arrived 10 minutes early, was told to wait for Don. 1/2 hour later, they asked me who I was waiting for. I told them and they told me Don was no longer there for the day. Had another appointment to get to and had to leave because they told me that it would be another 25+ minutes before they could help me. Went to Westmont BMW...boy are they good!
Bought a car yesterday... Great experience... BUT.. Never bought a car with a half a tank of gas and no windshield washer fluid... Not to mention when they "cleaned it" they didn't even touch the inside... I would expect that from a random place on the side of the road but not buying a BMW from a place like this.
I have emailed and called three different times asking for someone to get back to me and it's been over 2 weeks with no response. What type of customer service is that?
