Walked into Bill Jacobs yesterday afternoon looking to purchase my first BMW. I met with Rashard. Walked over to his office, where he asked me a few simple questions. Rashard was very professional, and knowledgeable. Let's just say a couple hours later, I drove home with a 328xi. Thank you Rashard and the team at Bill Jacobs for making my first car purchase quick and easy!
Dan Dolce at Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville was absolutely fantastic! He was and still is so helpful and accommodating whenever I need anything for my car. My husband and I will be customers for the rest of our lives! This was easily one of the smoothest trips to buy a new car I have ever had. We will never buy our cars from anywhere else or from anyone else! I highly recommend Dan and the whole Bill Jacobs BMW team for all of your BMW needs!
I was late by 15-20 minutes for an oil change appointment, and had to wait 50 minutes before the advisor showed up. When I politely expressed my displeasure over this unreasonable delay, I was told it helps to stay on schedule. Very bad attitude and poor customer service in case of such common delays.
I am extremely disappointed. After being a long time customer, mostly satisfied for last 10 years. Now terribly disappointed. Awful customer service by service advisor. I asked for a survey to complain and they would not provide. Over charger by 1200.00 $. No returned calls. Where else should I write reviews. Yelp ?
