I purchased a new 2020 X5 from Bill Jacobs BMW on June 6th. It has now been 45 days since my purchase and I still don't have registration paperwork to title my vehicle in Indiana. I spent countless hours chasing this problem with Amir and others at the dealership feeding me false replies. They claimed Indiana stated it could take 4-5 weeks to process the title work. Funny when I visited the DMV in person, twice now... they emphatically stated it would NOT take 4-5 weeks and they are in a 3-5 days processing window. I have co... read more

Came in close to closing with a pothole induced flat tire at the outset of a long road trip. Jeff in service got me set up and on my way within an hour when I thought for sure I would be delayed for a day. Very grateful.
