We keep buying our cars from Bill Jacobs just because of Mike Collins! For years he has been our service advisor for 3 different BMWs over time. Our teenage son bought a very old Beemer to modify and Mike was so helpful with that process. My husband and I commute the 30 miles to Chicago every day in all kinds of crazy weather/traffic ordeals. Whenever I have an issue I can immediately reach Mike and it gets resolved quickly where I don’t have to worry. I’ve learned a lot about cars over the years from him. Thank you Mike!
