I just bought a 2021 BMX X7 M50i from this dealership. Its my sixth new vehicle lease/purchase from them in the past 14 years. They are a superb shop that takes great care of their customers. And Nick Pandola, who has been involved with most of those purchases, always is fair in dealing and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I would highly recommend Nick and this dealership.
Bill Jacobs talked my elderly 83 year old father into almost $800 of maintenance service on a one year old car with about 8000 miles. When we purchased the car, we bought a maintenance plan in addition to having a warranty on the brand new car. Will never trust Bill Jacobs again, and will never send my parents in for service again. Bill Jacobs took complete advantage of elderly couple.
