This was the 14th car that I have purchased, but the first from Bill Jacobs BMW. By far it was my best car buying experience ever. My phone calls and emails were all returned promptly and all of my questions answered. When we came by on two occasions to view the car, we were treated by our sales team of Harry and David as valued customers rather than just lookers.
