Was on the lookout for a Lexus IS 350. Saw that Bill Jacobs BMW had one. I called and David Reynoso picked up and was very respectful and kind. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t very optimistic about my chances but David changed that for me. He made sure I got approved and took care of every step for me. When I came in his coworker Mohammed Elkhatib helped me get through financing and an inspection through the car and took care of all the paper work.
