My experience at Bill Jacob’s BMW was amazing. All of their staff was polite and courteous. When I went to the dealership for the first time, they were appointment only but they still found someone to help me even tho I didn’t have one. Once you are assigned an advisor, you can text that specific person whenever if you have questions or want to proceed further. I really liked that bc I like text messaging compared to email.
