Was on the lookout for a Lexus IS 350. Saw that Bill Jacobs BMW had one. I called and David Reynoso picked up and was very respectful and kind. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t very optimistic about my chances but David changed that for me. He made sure I got approved and took care of every step for me.
