I want to let you know how much I have appreciated your fine service over the years. You have taken excellent care of the property, provided me regular updates on it's condition, quickly found responsible tenants, and sent me statements that made tax reporting simple.
As I reach my 2nd year with my property under your company's management, I continue to be very pleased with how it works -- rent checks coming in like clockwork every 11th, and virtually no involvement by me. I hope to continue this for a long time.
I wanted to make sure to thank the workers for handling the two maintenance situations awe recently had in our apartment. Brian and I really appreciate all of your help and for taking care of them so quickly. The toilet is working great and the closet rod i very sturdy. : ) Thanks Again! !
the whole time we lived there, it was awesome. Any problem we had, they were on top of it & pretty prompt. We went through an associate named Taylor and she was always very pleasant.
We have a lot of unexpected maintenance occurring simultaneously. However, your management and organization skills help us retain some sanity knowing your are on top of things and will get it done. Not only did they fix the oven and garage door in one minute/each task, but also they fixed the back gate as the screw had fallen off, and the latter I did not even ask them to do. I have never ever had such efficient and pleasant servce. Keep up the two pros. As Usual Michelle Henderson was impeccable.
