I've done a couple projects for Linda @ Beven & Brock. She is always prompt, professional and spot on. We deal with many property management companies in my line of work (animal trapping & removal), so to find a company that knows what they're doing is very refreshing. Anytime Lori has an issue with any kind of animal(s), she lets us know and we're out to the property the same day to try and help her tenants out. Beven & Brock serve as our HOA management company. I can't believe the negative reviews because my experience with them for the last 7 years has been wonderful. Our management rep is Sue Threadgill and she is the reason I have stayed on our HOA board. She is extremely knowledgeable of the HOA rules and laws. Beven & Brock provide free of charge various seminars to update us on HOA changes and new business. They are worth every penny we pay them. They have provided us with Sue Threadgill and we can't thank them enough!
We love our apartment and Maria has been helpful and patient through some difficult economic times. They do a great job maintaining the property. All in all is give these guys 10 stars
Beven and Brock is our homeowner's association management company, and they have remained so for 23 years. As a homeowner, communicating with them is easy - response time is prompt, and their crew is knowledgeable, personable and attentive. And, refreshingly, they seem to give a damn about their jobs and their clients - which I find rare these days.
As an owner of income/rental property I can only say that Beven and Brock have been wonderful over the years. They are very professional, polite, communicate with me and the tenants in a timely manner and represent me and my interests in the best possible way. As an ex-president of my HOA for 3 years, I had a very positive experience working with Beven & Brock. Our designated staff member, Lori Lacher was professional and friendly - got lot of things concerning maintenance, annual budget, common property services/repairs performed successfully through her for the HOA.
I have served on HOA boards for 8 years both as Vice President and currently President. It is vitally important to work and consult with a property management company that can perform and handle the day to day tasks that an HOA faces. I have found Laura Garbo our property manger to be one of the best mangers that I have ever worked with. She is competent, punctual and very knowledge.
