Bevan and Brock has been an outstanding property management company. All there managers are wonderful however I really love working there all there employees. They are always on top of all the new rules and property. If you every need a property manager for your HOA or apartment complex I highly recommend these guys!
I lived in an apartment complex that was managed by 3 property management companies. Beven & Brock eventually took over a year ago. They did a lot of renovation to the apartment in order to update it (new yard, new pipes, etc.). The cons to the renovation was that it was loud, disruptive, and it was continuous. We had an 11% rent increase eventually. Mind you, what we were paying before was very cheap, so the 11% wasn't that bad (even with the increase, we were still paying way below median rents). The best part of this management comopany is Beven. He has shown himself to be extremely helpful and I thank him for that. If his staff would only work as hard as he did for customer satisfaction I would give them a 5. He was quick to help us resolve our issue. He went out of his way to help my girlfriend and I. I would recommend any future tenants to get in contact with him directly with their issues, because he will help

As an ex-president of my HOA for 3 years, I had a very positive experience working with Beven & Brock. Our designated staff member, Lori Lacher was professional and friendly - got lot of things concerning maintenance, annual budget, common property services/repairs performed successfully through her for the HOA. I have served on HOA boards for 8 years both as Vice President and currently President. It is vitally important to work and consult with a property management company that can perform and handle the day to day tasks that an HOA faces. I have found Laura Garbo our property manger to be one of the best mangers that I have ever worked with. She is competent, punctual and very knowledge.
