As a tenant of a Beven and Brock managed property for the last 3.5years I can sincerely say that our property manager, Angie has always been on top of things. Yes, there have been times that she has had to send out a second company to remedy a problem, but she responds right away, even after business hours. Maybe due to the fact we ourselves own rental properties we are more understanding than others when it comes to the repair process... I have visited this office on two occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't find an apartment that I liked, but will definitely recommend this office for those looking for a new place. The parking is behind the building right next to their office.

Taylor is always prompt in addressing our concerns. We very much like renting with Bevin and Brock.
