I am very pleased with the service that I am getting from the ladies inside the office. They are doing a great job to help me and my family find a better home. Meeting up to our standards and meeting up to my budget as well. And of course finding a place that is in a good area as well.

I initially complained about B&B, but after I emailed the owner, he responded by asking me to call him. We spoke for a while and he agreed to defray the cost of the rental hike by cutting my mother a check for the difference for 6 months. He is a generous man and an amazing business man! I love this company! They know how to deal with problems like a business should. What an exemplar!

I was referred to Beven & Brock by Veronica Yegavian , feeling a little skeptic because I was tired of dealing with other management companies and I really wanted to find a nice, clean, safe and comfortable apartment to rent. I have been involved with Beven and Brock and truly believe they and thier diversified staff are wonderful, honest, hard working people. I have seen them many times go far beyond the norm to satisfy the needs of their clients. When reading some of the negative reviews It makes me wonder if the writers could ever be happy with life in general. It appears as if there was some confusion at the office, but once the owner of the company was aware, he promptly resolved the issue that same day. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's good to know that the man at the top cares about these things, and is so quick and eager to resolve them. Thanks for making it right!
