I have had consistently prompt and reliable service from this company. I'm so very satisfied with their service.
They allowed me to take over the lease of another tenant and allowed me to pay the same amount month to month as I would have had to paid to sign a year long lease. I lived there for about a year and a half. They were always easy to get ahold of and quick to send some one out when I had a maintenance issue. They never gave me anything to complain about.
They really kept their word and made a Donation to the wounded warrior project. That tells me that they do care on making a difference.i apologies for my strong comments but everything happens for a reason. Sometime in the future when I go into looking for an apartment again I will give you guys another shot. Thank you.

I recently I had an issue and Mr. Beven contacted me via email while out of the country. He then assisted me while out of the country and kept me informed of his return to meet in person. I felt so heard and blessed that Mr. Beven would take time for me during his travels. Furthermore, when we met he assisted me with all my problems and also discovered that one of the issues was partially my mistake. In closing, Beven & Brock gets 5 stars and a God Bless YOU, from this satisfied tenant. :)
