Bevan and Brock has been an outstanding property management company. All there managers are wonderful however I really love working there all there employees. They are always on top of all the new rules and property. If you every need a property manager for your HOA or apartment complex I highly recommend these guys!

I recieved word that escrow on the condo closed yesterday - so my rental agreement is now with the new owner. I just wanted to thank you for always promptly and courteously tending to the repairs of the unit and my concerns. I hope the new manager will be as helpful.

I wanted to write a short note to let you know how thrilled i was at Rock and Steve's quick action on fixing a few items. I was most impressed by the reviews I have read from former tenants, but now I am more impressed as an actual tenant. Thanks, again for all your help.
