Bevan and Brock has been an outstanding property management company. All there managers are wonderful however I really love working there all there employees. They are always on top of all the new rules and property. If you every need a property manager for your HOA or apartment complex I highly recommend these guys!
Its a challenging business so under the ever changing circumstances, I think my property manager does everything possible to keep everyone satisfied.
I recieved word that escrow on the condo closed yesterday - so my rental agreement is now with the new owner. I just wanted to thank you for always promptly and courteously tending to the repairs of the unit and my concerns. I hope the new manager will be as helpful.
I am getting excatly what I need...someone to take care of my property so I don't have to think about it.
We are looking forward to a smooth transition and we have been very pleased with the process so far.
