Bevan and Brock has been an outstanding property management company. All there managers are wonderful however I really loved my HOA manager Laura Garbo. She was on top of all the new rules and property. If you every need a property manager for your HOA or apartment complex I highly recommend these guys!

Marilyn Howald and Trish Wible have worked with our HOA since we opened our account with B&B, now 10 years I think. They are both very knowledgeable and good professionals, very adept at their disciplines. On top of that they are really nice people and great to work with.
