I have been dealing with Beven and Brock over the last 10 years and it has always been a great experience. My property manager, Marilyn Howald is excellent, and the main reason I remain on our condo board.
Over all, I think you are doing a great job. Maybe just better advertising of vacant units so that they get better exposure and rent faster.

Our Property Manager, Lori Lacher is providing an excellent service. She is responsive, helps us with any kind of problems, she is very reliable.
Marilyn is our manager and she has always been very helpful and professional.
